I want to share my experience and the knowledge I’ve gained over the past decade plus in CRM, Loyalty, Location Analysis and Performance Marketing. Over this time I’ve learned about this field inside and out doing analytical work, spending time in IT focusing on the backend systems and being a CRM Director at one of the most socially engaged retail brands in the US.
